Chirag R. Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, has a history rooted in dedication and growth. In 1999, Founder Partner Chirag R. Shah, FCA, established the firm from the ground up. Beginning with a small team and a focus on fostering a positive work environment, the firm has expanded significantly.
Today, Chirag R. Shah & Associates is a partnership comprised of 4 Partners, continuing its unwavering commitment to providing high-quality service.
2019
Journey So Far
Chirag R Shah & Associates Chartered Accountants firm now is the strength of 20 and achieved many milestones in the journey from 1999 to 2019.
The proprietor Chirag R. Shah, F.C.A had started the firm from scratch and within a span of 20 years it has achieved great distinction and reputation in the field of auditing, book keeping & taxation (domestic as well as International)
It’s been two decades from the inception, it has successfully completed its 20 years of practice as successful Chartered Accountant firm.
Chirag R. Shah himself is appearing regularly before appellate authorities in taxation matters. More than 8 to 10 article assistants are at any point of time undergoing training in the firm and till date more than 12 Chartered accountants have evolved out of this firm. Other professionals like advocates and Company Secretaries along with paid staff are attached with the firm.

He is a fellow Member of the Institute of Chrtered Accountants of India (ICAI)(FCA) with over 25 years of experience in Audit & Assurance services and Taxation including matters of international taxation. He specialises in conducting statutory Audits of various public and private companies under Companies Act, 2013. He has managed audit assignments in various industries, including manufacturing, construction and services. He appears before Tribunal as well as CIT (Appeals) for various tax matters of the clients.
Virang B. Mehta
FCA, M.COM, Certificate Course On Concurrent Aiudit of Banks
He did his articleship with this firm and subsequently joined as a partner. He has an extensive experience of 9 years in the field of Auditing and Assurance. He has developed the practice for Indirect Taxes like Excise and Service Tax and currently exploring the area of GST. Apart from above, he has also developed his practice in the field of Company Law and RERA matters.
Jainish R. Parikh
ACA, DISA (ICAI), B.COM, FAFD (ICAI), AICA - LEVEL 1
He did his articleship with this firm and subsequently joined as a partner in the firm since 5 years. He has been a catalyst in reviving the firm from the traditional approach to technology driven perceptions and methods. He has expanded the firm’s services to areas like Project finance as well as Start-up advisory. He has played a pivotal role in Auditing and Assurance function of the firm and handled independently various audits of big corporates.
Janak Jagjivan Shah

He has experience of 22 years in this field. He has done various Bank Audit, Concureent Audit, IS Audit, Peer Reviewe of various CA Firms & Special Audit. He has handled 2 Cases as Insolvency Professionals and 2 Cases as under process. He has done valuation of securities and financial assets of various companies. He has been appointed as Indepndent Director in 1 Comapny.
